The Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) is delighted to announce the commencing of the MPL (Men's T20 Cricket Tournament). MPL, organized under the guidance of the Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI), will be modelled around the glamorous Indian Premier League (IPL).

The MCA International Stadium, Gahunje in Pune will be the iconic venue for the MPL, scheduled to begin on June 15th, 2023. The tournament will be broadcasted live on National Television channel (DD Sports) and further streamed online, to ensure maximum coverage and viewership across India.

The participation of eminent international cricketers from Maharashtra, such as Kedar Jadhav, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and Rahul Tripathi, will augment the prominence of the MPL at the national level. The Maharashtra Cricket Association's motive in organizing the MPL is to provide a platform for emerging cricketing talents from the state to showcase their skills professionally and gain national recognition.
